A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I love to help women feel strong and confident and have always had a passion for fitness, I even have a degree in dance! However, I spent 14 years working in marketing for global companies. I was very fortunate to have a fabulous career and enjoy the many opportunities it provided, including lots of international travel and exposure to working with different people and cultures. When COVID-19 hit I, like so many others found myself being made redundant. I saw this as an amazing opportunity to help other women like me navigate the often intimidating world of fitness.

Due to my previous career I have a big passion for food and wine (don’t get me started on wine!!!) however I also have two young daughters and enjoy slalom waterskiing (google it if you’ve no idea what it is – most people don’t!).

 

How I work: 

My approach is founded in research conducted by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine in the US). I focus on building new habits and creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Making small, incremental changes will keep you hitting goals over and over and before you know it, being active and enjoying a balanced diet is part of everyday life! ​
