
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I love to help women become strong, confident and empowered.
I've always had a passion for fitness, I even have a degree in dance!

I spent over 14 years working in marketing for global companies. I was very fortunate to have a fabulous career and enjoy the many opportunities it provided, including plenty of international travel and exposure to working with different people and cultures.
When COVID-19 hit I was made redundant. This was an amazing opportunity to help other women navigate the often confusing and intimidating world of fitness. ​
I have two young daughters who are my whole world. However, when I was pregnant with my eldest I found knowing how to exercise and how to return to exercise a complete minefield. I had no idea what was safe or appropriate to do and found information online contradictory and confusing.
Once I qualified as a personal trainer I knew I just HAD to specialise to help other women like me. Exercising and rebuilding after my second pregnancy was the complete opposite because I knew EXACTLY what to do. It made a massive, positive difference to the whole experience. I'd LOVE to be able to make the experience a little easier for you too!

On another note: I enjoy slalom waterskiing, don't like to take myself too seriously and quite like a chat. Plus I have a big passion for food and wine.
My approach is founded in research conducted by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine in the US) and is considered the gold standard in personal training.
